the many uses of my awesome brooch

i like to think i am a fairly creative person. for instance, today i would like to share with you the many uses of my favorite brooch. This week, I have worn my favorite brooch, every single day.

Monday:
As a regular person would, I wore it on a piece of clothing. I pinned it to a jacket I was wearing, just peeking out from under my scarf.

Tuesday:
I decided my already outstanding leopard purse was not feeling so spectacular, so I pinned my brooch to the side of it.

Wednesday:
The brooch is back! This time, I fastened it to my red scarf for an extra jazzy look!

Thursday:
Thursday called for a casual jeans day in the office, so I put my little brooch on my belt buckle! Woo hoo!

Friday:
Today is not so much a great hair day. So my brooch is pinned to one of my awesome headbands!!

One of my work colleagues introduced me to this new shoe company that I have never heard of - Naughty Monkey! The shoes have names like Gold Digger, Lace Up Wild & Steve's Delight. Much to my surprise these shoes were not very cute and a little pricy for such a dang disaster! I am usually up for some fun fashion but these are in fact, really ugly! I give Naughty Monkey a thumbs down!!

happy belated new year people!

I figure I would jump on the bandwagon and post my New Year's Resolutions...in no particular order.

1. Stop being nice to people who are not so nice to me
2. No more assholes (boys, not the body part)
3. Go to the gym 5 times a week
4. Drink more water, less sweet tea
5. Read more books
6. Do something life changing
7. To stop over-analyzing everything and just not give a flying frick what people think
8. Take the GRE & apply for graduate school (somewhere)
9. Redecorate my apartment (started already!! woooo)
10. Be happy.
