Worldwide, there is a wide variance in local laws and customs regarding the powers and responsibilities of a mayor, as well as the means by which a mayor is elected or otherwise mandated.

2. One half of "The Show" which is the true life, award winning, season's 1-3 available on DVD (although Season 2 sucks and was only 2 episodes long), best reality on television right now you should probably tune in and D.V.R. it ASAP, hands down most amazing series on the planet.

3. Slightly, okay really obsessed with fashion. Fashion refers to styles of dress (but can also include cuisine, literature, art, architecture, and general comportment) that are popular in a culture at any given time. Such styles may change quickly, and "fashion" in the more colloquial sense refers to the latest version of these styles. Inherent in the term is the idea that the mode will change more quickly than the culture as a whole.
